Why did you choose Concordia University?

MS: The atmosphere of the campus and everyone I met and got a chance to talk too made me feel comfortable there and gave me a sense of belonging. The location, the beautiful campus, and all the great people made it seem like the perfect fit for me.

What is your favorite part about volleyball?

MS: The competitive nature of it and how each girl has their own role on the court that is just as important as the other which creates such a strong connection and can go a long way in playing the game. I also love the energy that girls have, making it such a fun sport to play.

What will you miss most about high school sports?

MS: I’m going to miss the bonds of my classmates and girls I’ve known for the past four years of playing here, my coaches who truly taught me everything and supported me in every way, and the fun environment of game days

What do you plan to study?

MS: I am going to be majoring in Physical Therapy and hope to go through Concordia's Doctorate Program for Physical Therapy.
