Little League Opening Day schedules
This Saturday is a big day in local Little League action.
As Algonac, Ira Township, and Kimball Township Little Leagues celebrated Opening Day last Saturday, the rest of District 7 will follow this weekend.
And don't forget to nominate players for The Sports Report's weekly Little League Awards. Starting Monday, May 15, the community can vote for the Baseball Player of the Week, Softball Player of the Week, and Sportsmanship Moment of the Week. But first, we need your nominations! *Indians v. Tigers game is at 11 a.m.
*Field 9 will be dedicated to late coach Dennis White
