Q&A
Why did you choose SC4?
IP: I chose to attend SC4 because they offered me a scholarship to play the sport that I love. It is also close enough to my house that I can stay at home with my family for another couple years. I also think that SC4 is the best option for me and everything SC4 offers will allow me to succeed in my college education and college softball career.
What is your favorite part about softball?
IP: My favorite part about softball is that it is an individual and a team sport. Everyone has to be willing to work hard and do their own part for the team, but each player also has to be able to work together as a team to succeed.
What will you miss most about high school sports?
IP: I will mostly miss the memories and the coaches. I got very lucky over the course of my four years on varsity to have coaches that care about the player and about how they do. I will miss my coaches and teammates because of the memories and the fun that we had. It didn't necessarily matter if we won or lost, we tried our best and we still manage to laugh and have a good time.
What do you plan to study?
IP: I would like to further my education in physical therapy.
